Valuing A Business

Determining the price for a business and the terms of sale or purchase is an art in itself. Every seller and every buyer has different objectives and so there is an unlimited number of ways to structure an agreement. It takes years of experience structuring, negotiating and closing such deals to know when a specific deal makes sense for you and your situation.
