Overview

Alan R. Ludmer brings more than forty years of business ownership, marketing, management and training to his position at Business Transition Specialists LLC. In addition to his background and skills in starting, owning and managing multiple businesses, Alan has served in senior management positions in several large corporations and has developed and implemented sophisticated management, marketing and training programs for diverse corporate and individual clients nationwide.

Biography

Alan is the former President/CEO and owner of The Voyager Group. Voyager, with seven offices nationwide, provided executive and professional search/recruiting services, professional career coaching and individual career transition support, and corporate outplacement services. He is currently engaged in several major consulting engagements involving management, training, and executive search. Alan is active in a wide variety of professional and civic organizations including the Association for Corporate Growth, Missouri Venture Forum, St. Louis Human Resources Management Association, St. Louis Venture Mentoring Services, the Regional Commerce and Growth Association and the Board of Directors for the International Association of Career Consulting Firms.

Alan is a frequent speaker and author regarding branding, employment issues, recruitment, management, marketing and other topics. He has numerous awards from career management organizations. He has been published in a wide variety of venues and is a frequent speaker on career management and marketing topics.

Alan is a Registered Career Consultant (RCC) with the International Association of Career Consultants. He earned his B.S. in Education and his M.H.A in Health Services Management from the University of Missouri - Columbia.
