Overview
Brian Ulione brings more than 25 years of experience in sales, management and business solution experience to his position at Business Transition Specialists LLC (BTS). Brian is an experienced business owner and manager with a proven track record in consulting, real estate development and leasing, sports and entertainment, hospitality and facilities management, marketing, sales performance management, and retail. Prior to joining BTS Brian ran his own company Consultants Unlimited, LLC for 10 years, taking it from start-up to $13 Million in annual sales.
Biography
Brian earned his bachelor’s degree (BA) in public administration from Rutgers University and holds several real estate industry certifications. Brian has served on many charitable and community boards of directors and is currently a Director of The Boys Club of St. Louis. Brian began his career with specialty retail giant Melville Corporation. His sales success and site selection capabilities brought him to the attention of The Rouse Company at the time the most progressive retail and mixed-use developer in the country. Brian ran top projects including shopping malls, mixed-use office and retail, industrial complexes, hotels, entertainment retail facilities stadiums, racetracks and amphitheatres. He has experience on the business development side of professional sports, entertainment, racing, and gaming businesses. Brian, as a consultant, has held positions as Director of Real Estate, Director of Site Selection, Regional Leasing Manager, and Director of Sales and Marketing for such clients as Diamler-Chrysler, Vascor, LTD, Westfield Corporation, Altium Development and Merit Marketing, The Bottle District, LLC and The Saint Louis Aces of World Team Tennis.
