BTS Privacy Policy
STATEMENT, Business Transition Specialists, LLC (hereinafter referred to as "BTS") respects the privacy of any individual, representative or agent of an organization (hereinafter referred to as "User") and recognizes the importance of protecting the personal, financial and confidential information provided via http://www.buygrowsell.com (hereinafter referred to as "Web Site"). This Privacy Policy covers only information collected at this Web Site, and does not cover any information collected by any other company, any other web site, its affiliates or offline by BTS.

Additional Resources: BTS may collect Personal Information or other organizational information such as financial information, organizational status or circumstances, personnel information, tax information or any other information regarding the organization (hereinafter referred to as "Business Information") from User via additional resources such as telephone, facsimile and email. Information regarding Business Information and Personal Information collected by additional resources other than this Web Site may be found in BTS' Buyer'sConfidentiality Agreement and/or Seller's Confidentiality Agreement.
B. Automated Information Collection: When User visits this Web Site, BTS' Internet Service Provider and their associated hardwhardware and software platforms may automatically collect Web Site usage information and visitor statistics. Web Site usage information is anonymous, aggregate information that describes how Users navigate the Web Site which may include frequency of visits to each page and the duration of User’s stay. BTS' Web Site may also collect anonymous information automatically sent by User’s browser such as browser type, referrer data that identifies the web page visited prior and subsequent to visiting the Web Site.
1. BTS' Discretion: BTS may disclose anonymous, aggregated user statistics for a variety of purposes, including describing BTS' services to prospective partners and other third parties.
II. Personal Information Submitted By Minors: BTS does not knowingly solicit visits by or collect Personal Information from minors. This Web Site is not directed to minors and any Personal Information submitted to BTS by a minor will be immediately deleted from BTS' records and databases. Using on-line parental control filters is a solution to prevent minors from accessing any web sites not directed toward minors.
III. Use and Disclosure of Collected Information: BTS may use submitted Personal Information to contact User for the purposes of providing User with information that User has requested. BTS may also contact User regarding any problems or questions relating to the Web Site and/or changes made to Web Site believed to be in the interest of User. BTS may use collected Personal Information for internal purposes related to BTS' services and may be found, itemized, in the written agreements between user and BTS. If Personal Information about an associate, colleague, friend or family member of User is submitted to BTS for the purposes of collecting Business Information or for the purposes of referral, BTS has the right to contact that individual or business entity until saidindividual or business entity requests BTS terminates communication.

If confidential information is provided, BTS will make every effort to maintain its integrity. BTS cannot ensure or warrant thesecurity of any information User transmits to BTS and User does so at their own risk.
